When will I receive my order?
Our delivery times are VERY fast. Most packages are shipped within 24 hours from the time they are placed. (Monday - Friday) 95% of our customers receive their order within a few days but very occasionally it can take up to 21 days to process your order. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will do our best to contact you to let you know that your order may be delayed.
How much is postage?
Postage on many items is completely free. Postage is calculated by the website and it goes on size of an order, if you put your products in your basket it will give you the exact shipping costs before you proceed to pay. Generally your first item is €6 and each additional item is an extra €1 so the more you buy the more you save on postage!
What about returns?
With most items you buy from us here at Our Little Secret, you have 7 whole days from when you receive your order to return it (unused) for a FULL REFUND! Buying from us is completely risk free. How to I correctly match my hair colour?
Shopping online is easy with our online colour chart, you'll find a link to our chart beside each piece. 98% of users found a perfect match this way. Don't worry, if the colour isn't what you thought, just return it! Hairpieces look best when perfectly matched to one's own hair colour, if in doubt go slightly lighter, but never darker. If a colour match is critical we can offer you a better match if you send us a hair cutting or photo. Just e mail us a photo or post us a sample of your hair with a note of the product you're interested in and we'll get right back to you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
YES! We deliver parcels all over the globe. The cost of shipping is displayed on the checkout shipping page and you can view this before you commit to buy.
How do I pay you?
Simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and then go to the checkout, following the online instructions. We accept credit card through PayPal, cheque postal orders and bank transfers.
How long to you take to dispatch my order?
Generally if we receive an order by 4pm we will dispatch it on the same day
I'm ordering from outside Ireland, will I have to pay customs charges?
If you are ordering from within EU Europe, you will pay no customs charges. Most other countries allow small packages to be delivered without charge, but some charge customs duty - please contact your national customs office regarding this subject, as the customer (not us) are always liable for any such charges.
Can I order by phone/fax?
Sorry but we do not accept orders by telephone. Because we are an online retailer all details must be input and payments must be taken by our online system. Alternatively, you can visit us in our Wicklow makeover studio to collect your order, please call first as we can't guarantee we'll be there office hours.
