 WE DO NOT ACCEPT NON AUTHORIZED RETURNS! You must notify us in writing by email fakeit@ourlittlesecret.ie before returning anything.

 

RETURNS
With any hair products, costumes, shapewear and accessories you buy from us here at Our Little Secret, you have 7 whole days from when you receive your order to return it (unused*) for a FULL REFUND! Buying from us is completely risk free.

Please contact us first before returning anything (returns or exchanges) and do this within 7 days of purchase. Returned packages must be returned in the original condition. *Product must be in the original packaging with all netting and tags in place. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. Merchandise packaging cannot be marked, taped or otherwise altered. Pieces that have been combed/brushed are no longer new and are unhygienic and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. It is obvious to wig sellers when pieces HAVE been combed!!!

Please note that any item returned smelling of tobacco or perfume will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Hairpieces that have been attached to the hair in any way cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense.                     

After the 7 day cooling off period: For authorized returns (not exchanges), store credit will be applied towards next purchase and will be given after the 20% restocking charge has been applied.
Store credit must be used within 6 months from the issued date.

If you find the item you ordered does not match your hair colour or is the wrong size please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for you to return the unworn piece. We will exchange it for a new piece in the correct colour. Please note we can offer you a better match if you send us a hair cutting or photo.

After your authorized return is received and approved your items will be exchanged. If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be applied as store credit towards next purchase. Difference cannot be refunded.

If a manufacture/s defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase. We will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost.

 

 

SALE ITEMS

 

All sale items are final sale only. Sale items are not included in our 7 day money back guarantee although our colour exchange policy does still apply as long as we have the correct colour in stock. If you order a sale item and find the colour doesn't match your own hair contact us within 10 days and we will arrange for you to return the unworn piece. We will exchange it for a new piece in the correct colour at no extra cost.

Postage- We do not offer refunds on postage, customers are responsable for all postage costs on returns and exchanges.

You are also advised to return product(s) by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. We will not accept liability for product(s) lost or damaged during transit returned by you, therefore we advise insuring all product(s) returned to us.
