Most packages are shipped within 24 hours from the time they are placed. (Monday - Friday)

95% of our customers receive their order within 1 week but very occasionally it can take up to 21 days to process your order.

If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will do our best to contact you to let you know that your order may be delayed.

Please make sure that the contact information you submit is correct so that if this happens the process moves as quickly as possible with your input.

POSTAGE COSTS

At our little secret we do our best to keep postage costs are reasonable as possible and many items on our site have free postage!

Generally, we charge €6 per item and €1 per extra item for combined postage, foe example, if you buy one hairpiece, postage will be €6, if you buy 2 it'll be €7, if you buy 3 it'll be €8 and so on- the more you buy the more you save!

Guaranteed next day services are available at extra cost for any hair emergency situation! Please contact us regarding this.
